The Ladinia is an intriguing surprise and a fine celebration of tradition. The mountain style menu offers favourites such as the ‘Cesco’ aperitif made with Swiss Vodka, and canederlo (a traditional dumpling) with farmer’s butter and sage from the vegetable garden. L’Murin (The Mill) is a legend in its own right! Its dishes are too! The pasta and bean soup and riblets with jacket potatoes are examples of the delights. Neither fish nor meat.
Fresh local market vegetables and produce from our own garden are given centrestage, we keen to promote a genuine cuisine in full respect of Nature. These small and old stuben are located on the ground floor of La Perla, their interiors lined with traditional and cultural curiosities. A discreet and informal setting where neither fish nor meat is served! A fixed menu price of 40 Euro is served.
