ALDO’S CUISINE

LADIN TRADITION – WITH A TWIST

Mouth-watering cuisine: breakfasts, South Tyrolean aperitifs with Speck, and a limited dinner menu based on traditional recipes made with local ingredients. We prefer to work with local suppliers, after all. Our chef, Aldo, interprets the menu according to the season, adding that pinch of creativity which never goes amiss.

Opening hours

The restaurant is open

from 12pm to 2pm

from 7pm to 9pm

Also, the wine list thinks small. Small local wineries producing small quantities of bottles. We offer authentic oenological gems that come partly from South Tyrol, partly from other parts of Italy according to the criterium: less is more. There is no shortage of champagne, again offered by a small company that works with great heart.

Our
mountain bar
and café

Alessio is the young innkeeper at the helm of the Ladinia, and he’ll welcome you with a smile to the inn’s café and bar. At loss for words? No worries: Ladin, Italian, German, and English are spoken here – and a bit of Dutch courage will have us all speaking French and Spanish, too! A melting pot of people, languages, and culture, where hospitality and a good glass of wine or an Italian espresso create unbreakable bonds between our guests, the village, and the mountains.

THE RESTAURANTS OF HOTEL LA PERLA

A due passi da casa

Ladinia guests enjoy a half board arrangement with a healthy and abundant breakfast and a 4 course dinner served in our Alpine style stube. In certain periods it is possible to ‘have a change’ and enjoy the á la carte menus of Hotel La Perla, which is literally a stone’s throw away from Ladinia. In such cases there is a credit of Euro 40 person per day which can be used towards any bill (not included are La Stüa de Michil and L'Murin). Here a list of restaurants available with relevant opening periods:

La stüa de michil

Tradition and innovation. Excellent ingredients. Balance and harmony. We pay particular attention to the environment around when preparing dishes: the mountains, the meadows, the woods, the waterfalls. He seeks out small gems of produce, pleasing to the eye and delicious on the palate. The restaurant is refined elegance itself.
